So the release of my "Places" EP went ridiculously surprisingly well. Got up to #2 on the itunes electronic charts somehow and i'm still freaking out about it.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has supported this shit as much as possible. It really means the world to me. All of these new songs really mean a lot to me, so it's been an incredible feeling seeing the response. So in order to give my thanks, I've prepared this chopped and screwed remix of the single "Places," using the test pressing of the 45. This is nowhere close to any kind of valid repayment for everyone who has supported this stuff, but it's the least i could do. So download that shit and enjoy :))))

Shlohmo - Places

The single off my upcoming debut LP, "Bad Vibes," was announced this week on Pitchfork. The track is titled "Places" and is going to be featured on a digital EP release (Places EP) that drops on the 15th of this month. The EP will also feature 3 other tracks taken from the recording period of my LP.

No samples on this track, as well as the others that will be featured on the EP and LP. All the vocals, guitar, keys, bass, and whatever other fuckin sounds are in there are all sung and played and made by me.

So much love to everybody who's already shown support. These songs really mean a lot to me, so I appreciate all the love more than you know :)))
